    Hi,

I am trying to create a popup that triggers when the door image is clicked.

In the popup page, I’ve set the following settings:

    Popup Display Rules
    Display rule : [selected pages][is][cabinetry]

    Popup Events
    Event: [on click][custom class][pds1]

When I go to the cabinetry page to check, the popup shows right away, without me clicking on anything. After I clicked away to close the popup, I was able to trigger the popup again whenever I click on the door.

However, if I removed the Display Rule setting, and only have the on-click event setting, the popup does not show when I click on the door image. It just doesn’t show.

How can I make it so the popup will only show when clicked on the door image?

Another question is, in the popup, the content goes beyond the width of the popup width, so a horizontal scrollbar appears at the bottom.

Is there any way to make it so the popup content will be scaled down so everything will show on one screen and no horizontal scrollbar will appear?

    Thanks!

    Forgot to include,

My wordpress version is 5.5, and Popup builder version is Version 3.68.4.

    Dear @jfung ,

Thanks for getting in touch ane reporting a problem.
As for the on-click popup, please, make sure to have set only On click event.
We noticed that there is on load event as well.
    Please, remove that.

As for the problem with scrollbars, please, make sure to leave unchecked the mentioned area of the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/u26905

Please, let me know about the results.

    Oh okay,

I thought I had to click “Add” after the on-click event to confirm the on-click setting. It turns out clicking the “Add” actually added an on-load event under.

It’s removed now and it works like a charm!

The unchecking of the “enable content scrolling” also worked!

    Thanks!

    Dear @jfung ,
