How to open a support account on MonsterInsights?

    First of all, we do not provide support on these support forums — we provide support for Lite users on our website only.

    Fair enough, thanks for the heads-up, but I can’t work out how to open an account on your website in order to access your support forums. When I click the “create an account” button I am redirected to this link:

    https://www.monsterinsights.com/lite-pricing/

    And from that page it is only possible to buy one of your pro versions. Where is the support forum? How can I log into it.

    NB: This is NOT the reason I’m trying to get support! I have a real support question … but how can I post it?
