    Hi Nitesh
Using Woocommerce version had addressed the email issue I raised on your other plugin, still testing to see if it solves to flood of emails received after auction is over.

Now, the woocommerce version required users to register/login to bid, how can I open it to unregistered users? I already had “Allow unregistered users to buy” checked on for Woocommerce. What else do I have to do open the auction to everyone?

    Hi @hitsukieri ,

Yes, please do test. And always remember that the best implementation for emails and expiration has been done in our PRO plugin where we have implemented CRON jobs to handle them.

With regards to your second query, let me make it clear that when you add an auction product, you can enable “bidding” and “buy now” for that product. Bidding can only be done by registered user and when you enable “Allow unregistered users to buy” option inside WooCommerce, then unregistered user (visitor) can do “buy now” for auction products but cannot bid. And that is a correct behavior because the option itself says allowing visitors to buy and that is possible for “buy now” option of auction products too.

    Hope that clears your doubt.

    Regards,
    Nitesh

Thanks for the response, Nitesh, is there anyway to let unregistered users to bid?

    Hi @hitsukieri ,

Sorry, but that is not possible.
