How to open link directly on Web Stories?

Hello team, how are you?
Time, I have two doubts about how Google Web Stories works.
1- How do I open an external link directly, without needing a confirmation via click? As in the two examples below, Meta Galáxia is my website, and the other is what I want to do, the click opening directly without confirmation, as in the “Read more” click.

You can create such a “Read more” link that requires only 1 click via the “Call to Action” panel when selecting the page in the editor. Like this:
Regular links require 2 taps, but “Call to Action” links do not.
