how to optimize the email templates for mobile

    Dear Team

    Thank you for a great plugin! I am a new user and testing your plugin, and it seems to work fine. The only question I have is – are the email templates optimised for mobile? If not, how can I optimise them for mobile? I see that the alignment is not great when seen on mobile.

    Also, why there is no option to duplicate a template after customising it? This was very inconvenient as I had to customise each mail template from scratch. Or did I miss that option? Please advise.

    Your issue needs a detailed check. Can you please raise a ticket through our website? We hope our technical team will be able to help you.

    Unfortunately, your requirement cannot be achieved using the lite version of our plugin.
