How to output registrants' Name and Surname?

Ciao guys!
I found this plugin to be amazing, 5 star rating!

I’m using it to send a message to admin that users like John Doe has just registered in my site.

My problem is that using %content% only it outputs username and email address – while in my registration form I’m also including Name, Surname, Company and Title.

I’d like at least Name and Surname to be included in the message… do you think it is achievable, and if yes – how?
