how to overcome my problem, please need your help

Friends, my blog contain a unhide button in every post that will unhide the post contents when we click on that button.

now I want to start a adworkmedia/adscendmedia ‘on click offer gateway ‘ before unhiding post contents.

my idea is :

1) create a transparent png image over unhide button.

2) on clicking this transparent png image start offer gateway and remove that transparent png image (so that users can click unhide button).
