how to override titles of specific cpt

hi,

i’ve got to change wpSEO for SEOpress now… how can i override the title, like i could do it within wpSEO?

post_title = some text (Suppe)
but i could recrerate it something like this -> [post_title] [custom text field] b[log title]
so it looked liike this -> “Suppe – Rezept >> guenstig-kochen”

it lokked something like this in the backed
picture of setting

with seopress i’ve got to rewrite all 900 site titles :'(

is there any solution? and sorry for my bad english ??
