    Hi,

How do you override the wp-event-manager-template.php file, the original file is not located in plugins/wp-event-manager/templates it is located in plugins/wp-event-manager/

I have created a wp-event-manager folder in mytheme/wp-event-manager and included the template files I am overriding which includes an edited wp-event-manager-template.php file, all the templates in this folder override the original files except for wp-event-manager-template.php.

The original wp-event-manager-template.php file is not located in plugins/wp-event-manager/templates it is located in plugins/wp-event-manager/ so must have to be overriden in a different way?

    Hi,

This did not help. I have overridden other wp-event-manager templates using this information, but adding the wp-event-manager-template.php is not overridden when I place a copy in ‘mytheme/wp-event-manager’.

The original wp-event-manager-template.php file is not located in the plugins/wp-event-manager/ not in plugins/wp-event-manager/templates, so is there a different way of overriding this file?

    Thanks

    Hi @rdm100

The Core files needs to be updated everytime a plugin updates.
Only the template file can be overridden at theme side.

    Regards,
    Priya
