How to password protect a post article

    How do i password protect individual post on my site? At the moment it only seems to have the option for pages.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your question.
    By default, you can set a password for any WordPress posts.

    You can add extra options by this plugin for the password-protected posts.

    I was trying to avoid the password protection because it would be too cumbersome. For example if I have the archived post page under membership protection it would be counter productive if not annoying to have them to login again to access an individual post. It would be more ideal if the plugin would work the same way as it does for pages on post pages.Thanks though for your followup.
