how to place code before body tag?

Hello guys, I am trying to install an accessibility plugin and the instructions are showing to “paste the code below just before the </body> tag on your website”.

Can anyone direct me where in the WP dashboard I can do this please? I am in Appearance-Theme Editor and looking under Theme Files on the right Pane I am not sure which one to add this code to?

use this plugin, add the code into the bottom box in the settings
If you don’t want to add a plugin to do this, you can edit footer.php in appearance > theme editor
