How to play different video resolutions using Video Shortcode?

  • I have 2 versions of the same mp4 video.
    Video A: 640×480, with h.264 encoder settings to play optimally on a desktop.
    Video B: 480×360, with h.264 encoder settings to play optimally on an iPhone.

    I’d like to make a post that shows the video. And in such way that if the post is viewed on a desktop, the video that is optimized for a desktop is shown (video A). And if the post is viewed on an iPhone, the video that is optimized for an iPhone is shown (video B).

    Is there a way to get this done using the new [video] shortcode? This would mean that the [video] shortcode would have two sources specified in the options?

    Hope someone can help. Being able to use the new [video] shortcode for doing this would make life very much easier.
