How to post comments on one of my sub pages

  • HI.

    I have the main page…which i can post and comment on fine.

    Then i have a second page. How can people comment on this? In the WP admin area there is even a little check box. I have this checked to allow comments, but still am not able to comment on this. Any help please!! i am new
