How to post with image, difference in 2 posts

Hi Team,

I am using happenstance theme and here’s my blog name :

You see only 2 posts on home page :
– recent one : “Women’s Health India Magazine – Readwhere”
– other/last one : “Gym in Gurgaon”

Post “Gym in Gurgaon” is perfect for me.
If you click on “”Women’s Health India Magazine – Readwhere”, you will see it appearing in right manner, its image and hyperlink in text as well. But why this post is appearing in normal text msg (without image) at home page.
I need “Women’s Health India Magazine – Readwhere” in same manner as “Gym in Gurgaon”. How I can do that. Please suggest. Thanks.
