How to preselect a different Default value for Subject in different pages?

well, I created basically a form relating to different topics on the site and I would like to add the form to each page and by default select the topic of the page the user is on. I don’t want to use the page title, because they are to long and it will look messy in my client’s inbox, so if I could pass through the embedded [si-contact-form form=’1′] something like [si-contact-form form=’1′ subject=’Hello Dolly’] that would be awesome. Do you know if there is a syntax for this?

All I could find is https://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/page-title – this is not really what I want since they will mess up my clients mailbox…

I hope it’s now a little clearer… Any ideas?

Hmm, no, not really – since I have the form already in the pages, and I don’t want to add a query string parameter to all those pages…

Instead of https://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/contact?1name=My+Test+Name it would be much easier if I could add this to the Shortcode for this form: [si-contact-form form=’1′ 1name=’My+Test+Name’] – but I guess that is not possible…
