    Hello,

Can you tell me how to exclude the plugin from caching? Do you use cookies or others for counters and tags?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

    Thanks for the feedback.

An example: The counter displays 02 12 23 02 when the page is opened, then when the page is reloaded, it displays the same values.

    Hello,

It seems you have some page caching plugin, but counters cannot work correct with it, because it also displaying on the page and will be cahced with all data.

This concerns only the counter, not the labels, do you confirm?

    Hello,

I contacted the author of the cache plugin to see if there was a way to fix this problem. It seems unlikely to me that your plugin and the countdown timer is not compatible with caching, considering the number of wordpress users who use a caching plugin to improve their performance and offload their servers.

I’ll make a comeback when I know more.

    Hello,

We will add possibility to load labels with ajax. This will make initial page loading faster and it will be working without issues with cache plugins.

Right now we are planning how to make it in a better way.

    Hello,

Indeed, this seems to be the only solution. No solution could be found for the moment.

Please also test with the oxygen builder to make it 100% compatible.

    Thank you, good continuation

    Cheers
