How to prevent certain categories from being posted.

  • Hello All,

    I want to block posts of a certain category from being displayed. I have a cool little slideshow tool that will take posts from a certain category and display them.

    Is there a way to accomplish this? I don’t want these posts to get inserted into a feed, or displayed on the blog.

    looks like that code (located in header.php) is part of the theme – may be about the author’s info etc.

    Apparently removal of that code broke the theme.

    If you are concerned about it, I believe you can decipher it in a readable text. Just search the google for free services that can do it for you.
