How to prevent jump to top after archive add to cart

  • Hello All,

    My client would like to remove the default auto scroll to top feature when Add to Cart is clicked in archive view. I am also using the WPC Fly Basket for WooCommerce plugin so the page doesn’t need to scroll in order to see the message.

    Sorry but, I didn’t see the issue as you mentioned. Can you please share a little video of the issue so that I can check it?

    You don’t need to watch a video to see it. Just scroll to the bottom of the link I sent and add something to your basket. The page will jump to the top to show you the usual message, but I don’t need that feature. I want the page to remain static.

    I am facing the same problem..Is there any solution for that?

    Have you added any custom code?
    Please try to remove the custom codes which you have added or try to switch to the parent theme and check it is working fine or facing the same issue with the parent theme also.
