How to prevent users to delete their site (multisite)

Hello,
WordPress uses ‘manage_options’ capability for ‘Delete Site’ menu item under ‘Tools’ menu.

OK. Therefore if I’m correct I can’t disable “delete site” without disabling all other options belonging to “manage_options” using wordpress capabilities ?

Yes, you’re correct.
If that’s critical, then there is workaround: “Admin Menu Editor”

allows to change capability, responsible for menu item, on the fly.
