How to Prevent WooCommerce Fake Orders?

We are working on the future of the Add CAPTCHA field for the WooCommerce checkout page when a guest places an order.

Do you use the classic checkout page with a shortcode or the checkout block?

I just use the standard and classic Checkout Page created by the woocommerce installation.

I have no interest to add extra checkout shortcodes or extra checkout blocks. The checkout page works properly.

This is just what I need: “We are working on the future of the Add CAPTCHA field for the WooCommerce checkout page when a guest places an order.“

I hope you will add that feature very soon.

Ok, I will keep you posted. if you have classic checkout, not block-based you should cross-check. we are working right now first on classic checkout to have a captcha.

Starting with?WooCommerce version 8.3, the Cart and Checkout Blocks are the default for new installations. So if you installed in recent time it will be block-based checkout.

Woocommerce is always updated in my ecommerces.

I can see that the checkout page has just this shortcode inside: [woocommerce_checkout]

Instead, my latest installations, inside the standard checkaout page, have blocks.

I will take a look about how to “upgrade” the standard pages of the older installations to get default blocks.

I suppose it would be enough to engage woocommerce to recreate these pages by itself.

AIOS’s next update (which might be next week ) will have captcha option for the WooCommerce classic guest checkout page
