How to properly advertise a wordpress based business

    Hi, I’m a graphic designer primarily, but have training in web development, web design, and wordpress customization. I’m starting my business offering services in graphic design, web, social media marketing, and wordpress websites.

    I don’t want to misrepresent myself to my clients and also want to upfront with them about exactly what they are getting when they buy a site from me. I plan on using WooThemes and customizing them to the clients needs.

    Looking for advice on the proper way to position, advertise, and price for this kind of service? I don’t want to become known as someone who hacks themes and is dishonest with clients.

    I’m thinking my web servies would be listed as such:

    – Custom WordPress website design / implementation / marketing

    I tend to be pedantic, and the question for me there would be the relational use of the word “design” since the WooThemes are already designed and you plan to only customize them. Customizing a theme for a given site facilitates layout and design of the site without having to design a theme, and you are already aware of how that could be misunderstood. And so, I would find something like this inarguable:

    – Custom website design, implementation & marketing in (or using) WordPress & WooThemes
