• Hi ??

    I’m using your theme on my site which contains an “e-store” part using Woocommerce. I am also using Elementor to customize most of my pages/articles/design.

    My problem is that I couldn’t customize the Woocommerce pages (“single product page” and “products archive page”) with Elementor because Jane Lite was overwritting the custom design.. After web researches trying to solve the issue I decided to “neutralize” the “public_html/wp-content/themes/jane-lite/woocommerce” folder by editing its title to “wocommerce” (1 “o” deleted).

    It solved the problem: from then, I was able to fully customize the woocommerce pages with Elementor. Great! BUT a new problem appeared : the products thumbnail images totally disappeared from 1) the “related products” part in “single product” pages, and from 2) the “products archive page”. They were displaying all well before I neutralized the Jane Lite “woocommerce” folder, but now they’re gone and nothing I tried made them appear again ?? I tried regenerating thumbnails, disabling pluggins, …
    Also, thumbnails are showing on the Elementor building pages where I’m doing the customization, but not on my actual website.

    My questions are :

    1) Did I do well when neutralizing the “public_html/wp-content/themes/jane-lite/woocommerce” folder? Is it the right way to get the “woocommerce pages” initial design and be able to customize it with elementor? & am I not breaking anything else other than the design (important woocommerce functions) when doing this?

    2) Do you have any idea how to get these thumbnails back?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Still working on this issue day after day with no solution, but in case you wonder when looking at my site : today I decided to leave “Jane Lite” and go back to its parent “Sueva Free”. I then created my own child theme from Suevafree where I’ve put only a very few changes.
    >> The issue is still exactly the same, so it may be linked to Sueva Free.. ?

    Hi @isadoe

    i’m sorry for the delay, which version of Elementor have you installed, free or pro?

    Could you please comment the line 945 of suevafree/core/main.php file?

    //require_once( trailingslashit( get_template_directory() ) . ‘/core/functions/function-woocommerce.php’ );

    Please let me know

    Thank you

    Hi Alex, thank you for your answer!

    I am using Elementor Pro.

    Could you please comment the line 945 of suevafree/core/main.php file?

    //require_once( trailingslashit( get_template_directory() ) . ‘/core/functions/function-woocommerce.php’ );

    I did as you said and see no changes? Still no products thumbnails here https://www.dreamsonearth.com/boutique/ or for related products (example, bottom of this page https://www.dreamsonearth.com/produit/woo-logo-3/)

    Thanks for trying to help,
    Isabelle

    Oh, and now the whole site disappeared (only the top logo, the headbar and the background are displayed) after commenting the line 945. If I “uncomment” it it goes back to how it was (site well displayed but with the thumbnails issue).

    Hi Alex,

    Sorry for the late answer I was away for a few days.
    When I turn the “Elementor Pro” widget off >> it completly breaks my website design (which is logical since I used Elementor Pro to build it) but the thumbnails are still missing..
