• I’ve checked the “Use authorization for this content” in the CWV3 Security section on my page (woocommerce shop page). I don’t get the popup when I hit the page. What settings should I have turned on (if any) for the plugin (such as Sitewide, Home Page, Misc. Pages)? I have all three turned off. I simply need to popup the dialog when someone tries to hit the shop page.

  • Monster,

Can you provide a few more details like so:

    • What theme are you using?
    • What version of the theme
    • What plugin version

Basically this ‘should’ work out of the box, but there can be a couple issues that would prevent it from doing so.

1.) If there’s a javascript fatal error on your page, it may be preventing the rest of the javascript from firing.
2.) If your theme does not have the standard wp_header() or wp_footer() methods in place, then no, this plugin will not work.

In the mean time, I’ll also double check to make sure I didn’t miss something myself.

    Hi Jerry,

    The theme is Cypress
    https://themeforest.net/item/cypress-woocommerce-theme-/6853198

V1.2.3 and is using a child theme

    v3.6.9 of content warning v2

I also tried the Age Verify plugin with the same results. Won’t work on the woocommerce shop page. Both plugins will work on non-woocommerce pages.

    Site is mtnittanywinery.com

    Thanks!
    Matt
