How to protect phone number links

Hi there,

I am not quite sure how to protect plain text and/or a link like e.g. teL+012345678 with your plugin.
If I use a page builder and use a button I usually have to fileds:
one for entering the text (e.g. the phone number)
and another field to enter the link of the button (e.g. tel:+012345678).
Could you give an example, how and where to use the shortcode in this case, please?
