How to pull whether sortable option is visible or not?

    The sortable control works great for allowing me to arrange my sections in my theme. The issue I have hs the “visible” value. I want to hide some unrelated elements in my theme if specific ones are have their visibility toggled on or off. How do I pull in those values to do this?
