How to put floating menu on the bottom of the page in Decode

Thanks but this only puts the menu on the left or right. I’m still looking.

Found a menu plugin yet? There isn’t a way to do this out of the box and I’m not really planning on adding one. I’d create a child theme if you want to extend the theme this much.
