How to put social icons linking to FB fan page/Twitter/LinkedIn in a website?

Dear all,
I want to put social icons linking to FB/Twitter/LinkedIn to the location shown in the following figure. But I can’t put html codes by directly editing the page……
There is no choice for plugins and widgets in the dashboard, which is shown in the following figure…….I don’t have the source codes of the website(such as the php files)……
Under this circumstance, how should I put the social icons on my desired location? Thanks!
