How to put spacer in post page and have different menu on page?

  • So I have anchors as links on the front page in a custom header using mega max menu. Doesn’t matter what menu I use as it’s minimal.

    click on news then on any post.

    This takes me to a new page where I need a different menu to link back to the index. ALSO, I need to push the content down and am going nuts as I can’t figure out what that page is. My wordpress does not show any templates.
