How to put spacer in post page and have different menu on page?

  • So I have anchors as links on the front page in a custom header using mega max menu. No preference as to what menu widget I use.

    click on news then on any post.

    This takes me to a new page where I need a different menu to link back to the index. ALSO, I need to push the content down and am going nuts as I can’t figure out what that page is. My wordpress does not show any templates.

    Hello

    You can define different menu for your homepage.

    Go to Appearance – Menus and create one menu for your homepage with anchors and enable it as “Homepage main menu”. Create second menu for the rest of your website and set the “Display location” – Main Menu.

    Thanks. I figured that out already. Works great. Please help with one last issue.

    I need to push the content down a bit as my fixed sticky header is overlaying it. What page or how do I put a spacer or padding on for this?
