How to put text in header of Twenty Seventeen

is there any way to write a brief text in the header of Twenty Seventeen? right now their are only 2 options to customise header in theme. if we choose randomised image for header instead of video then can we write a brief text in center of the image as catchline or description of website in 2 lines.
what will be the changes in code for this?
