How to re-generate translations tags from source

    Hello everybody,

    I create some new translation tags with esc_html_e() but i would like now to show theme in Loco Translation plugin > Template

    How to do it ?

    Anyone ?

    I don’t want to push to “synchronize” button and then all my translations would disappeared… I want to be sure how to do it to not erase all my translations

    If sync is failing then your theme/plugin is not configured properly. Please see the docs: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual/templates

    Should I backup all my .po .mo files before sync and if sync overwrites something on my files can I restore them putting them on the themes/my-child-themes/languages files, correct ?

    Sync doesn’t overwrite anything until you click Save. I recommend you enable Loco Translate’s backup feature and yes, of course back up your files if you’re worried about a particular operation.
