How to re-install post and page content

  • I have had to completely re-install my wordpress site https://www.hadfieldeducation.com. I have set up a new database, installed all new core files and added extra security plugins as I was hacked.

    I have a back up of my previous site. I am simply wanting to install the content, posts pages, all images.

    Please can you point me in the right direction of which folders files etc I need to upload.

    I have read wp-content is the main one?

    In terms of post/page url and SEO is there anything I can do to minimize the impact on my site ranking?

    Any suggestions?
