I’m trying to setup this plugin but when I create an order and go to the Cart I get 7 instances of UPS Request and UPS Response code above the cart contents. I do see the cart correctly and the UPS shipping options but obviously something’s wrong. Is there something I should be looking for in the code? Any help would be appreciated

  • Hi bozette,

The multiple request is going for different services like Groud, 2nd day air etc. Are you facing any problem while getting rates ? In the response is there any error ?

Glad to understand why there were so many Requests/Responses. I read through one response and did not find any error.

Yes, the rates are incorrect. We have a UPS account and have Negotiated Rates. Might I need to upgrade to the paid version because of that?

One thing that seems odd is when I ‘View Cart’ I see the Request and Response codes, below that the order shows correctly, then Cart Totals and then Shipping with the options and rates. This is before I’ve entered any address information. Seems this would be confusing to a customer and many might not know to use the Calculate Shipping button to enter their city and zip.

    Hi bozette,

Yes, you are right. You have to upgrade to premium version to get account rates.

The request/response will show only if you have debug mode turned on. After you set it up correctly, it is recommended to turn the mode off from plugin settings.

    Hope this helps.

We’ll upgrade and give it a go. Debug mode is on. I just couldn’t find any errors in the response code.

Thanks very much for the help! I appreciate it.
