How to receive an email or phone notification if form submission fails

  • Hi,

    I want to know if there is a way or another plugin which I can use in combination to contact form 7 to create an email notification if the form submission fails.

    My issue:

    I use contact form 7 that uses a Zapier connector to send information to Zoom and Pardot for webinar registrations

    Over the last weekend, SMTP authentication was failing due to password being expired on the email that is used. So I lost registrations for a good 2 days.
