How to recenter content on homepage

  • I love the overall and function of the theme thanks…especially the header.

    But I just deleted the sidebar widget search function as I didn’t want that…and that worked, but as you can see here it’s leaving a big visual gap there on the right hand side.

    I looked over the various settings but I can’t see any way to re center the main homepage content so that there is an equal amount of space on either side of the main text area.

    *EDIT/UPDATE* I was also wondering how can I stop the “Home” title for my homepage from showing up not just visually (redundant) but also in the background code. I tested deleting it from the title area but I checked the source code and its still showing up as a blank H1 which I don’t want.

    I have my H1 set as shown visually on the site and don’t want the Home or blank H1 showing up above messing things up for Google etc.
