I recently changed the theme on my site, but it removed all the previous data including blogs , is there any way i can recover the blogs from the updraft backup files?

I dont want my new work to get lost due to restoring, is there any way to just extract the text of the blogs from the zipped files?

I have the same problem, is there any way to extract just the blog texts?

Otherwise, would it be possible to use a staging site and restore the files there? In that case, is there any way to copy just the blog posts over easily?

    Thanks in advance!

If you only want to restore the content, you can only check the database option during the restoration process.

So UpdraftPlus will only restore the database excluding plugins/themes/uploads folders.

    Thanks,
    Harshad
