How to recover data typed into a contact form using PageBuilder’s Contact Form

Hi guys, I have an issue I hope you can help with. I used the theme called DirectoryPlus by AIT Themes which comes with a built in Contact Form. The default was set up to COLLECT a name, email address, and message. But it was set up to DELIVER just the message. The name and email address was lost. Someone sent my client a threatening message and it said to get in touch with them, but the name and email address were not transmitted in the email to my client. I would assume that these fields were input. So I need to recover this data ASAP. Can anyone help! (I learned my lesson and have since changed the page to use Ninja Forms instead.)
