    Hi,
I found the scanned spam users were wrong.. so, I tried to delete the wrong list..

then, the marked list were deleted from the spam list…

Now, I understand I have deleted those users by mistake.

I have modified quite a lot of pages before doing this…

Is there anyone can help to recover the deleted users and posts, please?

    Hello.

    I’m sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately, it’s possible to restore them by using your website backup.
We will add one additional step before deleting users thanks to your feedback.

    Sorry for the inconveniences again.

Contact us any time if you have any spam issues.

    Best regards.

that is a big issue here now… @@

Please add one function to restore the deleted spam.

    ONE MORE THING is…

All those spam I saw in my website are NOT spams…
How do I delete the wrong list?

    Best

    I’m really sorry about that.
We will be transferring the deleted users list to the SPAM folder first and add a warning as well.

About the wrong list, the plugin checks all users for spam in our database:
    https://cleantalk.org/blacklists

I suppose they were using blacklisted IPs or were in blacklisted subnets. You can check several users manually by IPs or e-mails.

We already planned suggested changes. I hope this case didn’t cause much harm to your website.

    Best wishes.
