How to recover mysql db from .myd, .myi, .frm files?

    Because of some faults, i missed mine Mysql Data, and my blog has three years of blogging history that i had posted so many posts on my blog site, i’m very sad about that and been trying everything to recover my data. Finally, i talked with the Host Managers, they gave me these frm,myd,myi files. I found some ways to convert these files to sql, but the problem is that these method do not work on WordPress, but i hope that someone can help me with mine problem. I hope someone can convert mine Data files into Sql, i beg you!…Please, help me!
