How to recover the content if it gets lost?

Hi,

So the tabs some times disappear or the autosave mess the content within the tabs, taking the main content and repeating on the other blocks.

How can I recover the content when this happens? In another thread I’ve read: “The data is saved in custom_fields associated with this post/page”,
how do I access these custom_fields?
