How to redirect a url

Do you really want to redirect, or do you want that page to be the front page? So when they go to /site/ they see page 123, but the URL remains /site/?

Okay, you can either do that via .htaccess or you can get a page redirection plugin.

Neither of those are actually multisite things, and just basic website stuff.
