how to redirect a url in wordpress

    Huh. Well. You can make ‘Hello World’ your ‘front page’ but I’m not sure how to force it to got to #comments without mucking it up for the rest of the site.

    Thank you.. I guess I’ll have to live with it then. I have one other thing (it’s always something) any idea why the page links on the blog are not working?

    it’s trying to go from page to page but it just sits on the first page, unless I change it in the address bar.

    You can probably use the Page Links To plugin. You would have to create a blank (it doesn’t have to be blank, but since it will redirect, there’s not much point in adding content to it) page, set that page as your blog’s home page, then paste in the URL (with the #comments hash at the end) into the Page Links To meta box on the page edit screen.
