How to redirect by region or city

Hi,

I’m able to indicate every Countries, but it says in the description of the plugin that we can also redirect by regions and cities. How do we achieve that?

When I’m starting to write “Canada”, it show up and I can select it. I’m unable to select Quebec because it doesn’t show when I start to type “Q”.

In the screenshot of the plugin (https://ps.w.org/ip2location-redirection/assets/screenshot-1.png?rev=2293259), we see “United States – California”, so it must be possible to do the same thing with Canada.

To test, I’ve tried to choose “United States – California”, but I’m not able because the choice is never offered to me.

I have searched this forum and Google, but no one seems to have the same need.
