How to redirect URL with query parameter

Hi I’m trying to redirect a URL with a specific query parameter (ex. https://example.com/?hkdev_temp_access_key=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) but every time I save it strips the query parameter and just saves the root URL. How do I match with the query parameter intact? I did not see a match option that includes a query parameter.
