How to reinstall without loosing data?

  • Hi, since some parts of our installations on our server have been corrupted i want to reinstall all our installations (piwik / sugar …) and Infite as well, but i dont want to do all the work (adding websites etc) again.

    Can you please tell me which files i should not overwrite (config-files) and where they are (pathes)?
    And if there is something more i have to be care of?

    I dont want to reinstall. I just want to overwrite all the files with fresh ones (except the ones with the configurauin-data)
