how to remove a virus?

  • For a week it is happening to us on our site that the link to the site redirects users to other pages. They did a scan on the server but found nothing. My concern is that it is hidden in the database, or in some hard to find file. What we do not want to do are backups either because it is a site with many customers and we would lose the history of the last orders, since it is an ecommerce.

    I don’t know if you know any plugin that can help with this type of virus, or what suggestion you can give me to find and eliminate it.
