How to remove background page color?

    Hi!

    I need that on my site displayed the background image only. Page color must be completely removed. How can I do it?

    P.S.
    In the source code of the site displays these lines:

    <style id='twentysixteen-style-inline-css' type='text/css'>
    /* Color Scheme */

    /* Background Color */
    body {
    background-color: #262626;
    }

    As I understand it , that it makes it difficult to remove the page color. How is it removed?
