How to remove “blog” before the slag

I have set the Ads slug to “careers” and placed [aol] shortcode on the careers page. All my ads appear on the Careers page as desired. However After creating an ad titled Yoga Instructor, the permalink of that ad is “https://www.mywebsite.co.za/blog/careers/yoga-instructor” instead of “https://www.mywebsite.co.za/careers/yoga-instructor”. Editing the permalink allows me to only edit “yoga-instructor” and nothing before that. How can fix this?
