How to remove comments section

if disabeling / un-allowing comments from within the dashboard options is not enough, go through all templates of your theme, and remove any reference to comments,
for instance (these might not all be in your theme, and there might be others, and there will be parameters inthe brackets):
comments_popup_link() https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/comments_popup_link
comments_number() https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/comments_number
comments_template() https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/comments_template

(most of these functions usually have the word ‘comment’ in the function name …)
