  • Hi dm13,

    Chances are that you’ve made an entry in the ‘form1 label’ as well as the welcoming message. They’ll show both.Delete one, or both

    Please post a URL to your form when asking for help.

    Your theme probably put that there, it is the page title

    Sorry Mike.. forgot a link to the site. https://nightmairmediamgmt.com – i’ve since deleted the ‘contact’ but ‘contact form’ is still there – sidebar widget right side.

    Add the following code to the style.css of your childtheme:

    legend{
         display:none;
         }

    !!NOTE!!
    ALWAYS Make a backup of your site, before making any changes!!
    Use a childtheme to make the changes in. Should the author of your original theme update the theme, your changes will not be overwritten. Your site with your adaptations will remain intact.
    Suggestion: use the ‘one click childtheme plugin’.

    You’re welcome. Don’t forget to mark the thread as ‘resolve'[ if it is] in the sidebar.
